Since medical imaging is one of the essential methods for diagnosis and treatment several diseases, characterization calibration systems with low-cost equipment most crucial issue. In this context, tissue-mimicking phantoms have long been used purpose. The advantage that, in addition to desired size internal properties, they can be produced a way that best carries characteristic properties tissue models standardized so environments. For reason, it important make phantom designs from materials are easy shape available ensure imaged high quality. study, digital holography binary genetic algorithm (BGA) were reconstruct images mimic human vascular system at low cost. obtained results showed BGA as an alternative reconstruction commonly holography. provides solution obtain image resolution process without any processing algorithm, enables diseases related thin structures real-time reliable non-contact method.
